The Board of Deerfield Township Trustees met in a special session on Saturday June 29, 2024 at 9:00am, a meeting called to order by chairperson Tiffany Havens.
- Tiffany decided to forgo the pledge of allegiance.
- Tiffany Made the motion to enter in executive session Laura seconded, Ed said yes and the roll call vote was unanimous.
- 9:26am Ed asked Roger to join in the executive session.
- Tiffany made a motion to exit the executive session and enter regular session Ed seconded and Laura said yes.The roll call vote was unanimous.
- Tiffany announced no changes since the last meeting, Rogers resignation is still accepted.
- Decisions on filling the open position will be made at a later date.
- Tiffany then made the motion to adjourn the meeting Ed seconded and Laura said yes, and the roll call vote was unanimous.
