| The Board of Deerfield Township Trustees met in a special session on Tuesday September 17, 2024 at 4:00pm. Trustees Charles “Ed” Dean, Laura Lindberg and Tiffany Havens present. Tiffany announced the delay while the attorneys were finishing their discussion.4:21 PM Tiffany opened the meeting. She then made a motion to enter into executive session to discuss the discipline of a public employee. Tiffany made the motion, Laura seconded1 and Ed voted yes. The roI call vote was unanimous.4:35 PM Tiffany made a motion to exit the executive session. Laura seconded, and Ed voted yes. The roll call vote was unanimous.Tiffany made a motion that Brian Kelderhouse be suspended indefinitely, with the expectation that he submit his resignation on or before September 24th, 2024, and agree to terms and conditions negotiated by both attorneys. Laura seconded, and Ed voted yes. The roll call vote was unanimous.Tiffany then made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Ed seconded, Laura voted yes, and the roll call votewas unanimous. |
