For inquiries or reservations of the Deerfield Townhall, please call our Assistant Fiscal Officer Nancy at (330) 654-2980 on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays between 1pm – 5pm.

Rates

(Last updated January 2024) Rates are evaluated in January of each year and are subject to change.

Deerfield Residents:

  • Up to 50 people – $100
  • Up to 100 people- $175
  • Up to 200 people – $300

Non-Residents:

  • Up to 50 people – $350
  • Up to 100 people- $450
  • Up to 200 people – $650
  • A refundable deposit of $250 is required with each rental.
  • The calendar below does not guarantee availability. All reservations must be confirmed by calling the Deerfield Townhall Assistant Fiscal Officer listed above.
